Come to my show on July 12th!

At the bottom of this email there are five jokes disguised as opinions, BUT FIRST I’m very excited to say my LP It Is Better has been printed and the good people at the Monkey Barrel will be parcelling it up and sending it out to you very soon.
And also I’m delighted to say that to launch the record I’ll be performing a LIVE! version of the show LIVE! with composer John Chambers at the Piano. This will be happening on 12th July at 7pm at the Soho Theatre, London. Seats are limited by the government, so I’m telling you wonderful mailing list people first.

About The Record And The Show
It Is Better was created specifically to be listened to – ideally in the evening, in a comfortable chair, by a warm fire, with a nice drink, while long-thought extinct beasts rampage through the streets outside.

It Is Better – Live! is a theatrical reimagining of It Is Better, created specifically to be listened to – ideally in the evening, in whatever chair the venue has provided, in a room with strangers, with a nice drink, while long-thought extinct beasts rampage through Dean Street outside.

BUY! BUY! BUY!

Where to Buy the Record
You can buy the beautiful physical record (with photography by Natasha Pszenicki and artwork by me) at the Live Show. And I’ll sign it. As soon as they are available online, through the Monkey Barrel Records shop, I will let you know.

Five Opinions
Each purchase of a Disney+ subscription should come with the worldwide usage rights to a second tier character from one of your franchises.

We must stop pretending views on Marmite are important.

All hats should raise the wearer’s height to exactly 9 feet, whatever original height that person is. There should be one day where every body wears their hat.

Seven dwarves is too many dwarves for the story. Have Snow White meet two and let us truly get to know them.

There should be four water taps: hot, cold, thick and runny.

I bet the sculptors at Madame Tussaud’s wish that every now and then a candle would become famous or be elected to public office just to make life easier.
